Hello, my name is Gus. I arrived at the shelter on 08/01/14. I was brought in as a stray from the Police. I'm approximately 7-9 years old and currently weigh 65 pounds. I'm very friendly. Im in a foster home. This is what they say about me: Gus is doing fantastic with adjusting! He is very smart and learns commands and expectations quickly. He's doing well with slow introduction to other dogs. He LOVES people, kids too, and wants to be near people all of the time. He loves playing outside but is not ready to be off leash, so a fenced in yard would probably be best. He enjoys playing in water too. Gus would love to have a forever home! He may be older but this dog is a puppy at heart and has quite a bit of spunk in his step! He even likes to go for runs!
