Hello, my name is Lucy. I arrived at the shelter on 08/29/14. I was surrendered by my owner. He says I'm good with dogs, house trained, friendly, like to cuddle and know commands. I'm 5 years old. I'm currently a few pounds overweight, but with proper diet and exercise, I'll be in great shape. This is what my foster mom says about me: Lucy is good with dogs and kids. She may chase cats and focuses intensely on them, so she should be monitored. She signals when she needs to go outside and quickly learned to use our doggie door. She has the run of the house at all times and has done no damage. She needs more conditioning to ride comfortably in the car. She is working on improving leash training, and this should be continued. She is very people oriented liking contact, but hasnt interacted much with our 2 dogs. Shes shown no resource guarding and loves to play fetch. Lucy will make a wonderful family pet.
